Söka Australia will provide you with a product warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase.We guarantee our product to be free from defects in construction and will, at our discretion, refund, or replace the product or parts if a defect occurs within the warranty period.
The warranty provided is in addition to all rights and remedies the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Extent of Warranty
This warranty is limited to defects in the product construction or parts. All defective parts will be replaced. The warranty does not cover the product packaging provided.
Exclusions
This warranty excludes: minor colour flaws in plastics, normal wear and tear to product or parts, including bleaching of colour out of all plastics after a 3-month period from purchase date, any breakage caused by mishandling, abuse, improper use, tampering of or loss of parts or product accidental or not if and if the product has been used for commercial use.
